面向智能制造环境的电机企业生产管理系统设计与开发

为了提高智能制造环境下电机企业的生产管理水平,基于电机制造工艺和企业管理现状分析,文章进行了电机企业生产管理系统设计与开发.在系统目标设计的基础上,文章基于模块化设计方法进行了系统功能模块设计;基于系统集成管理流程设计,采用PowerDesinger软件构建了系统物理数据模型;设计了系统总体B/S架构,采用JSP 技术对系统进行了开发.经过部分电机企业的应用推广,所提方案有效提高了电机企业生产管理的智能化水平,为相关企业生产管理系统的设计及开发提供了参考和借鉴.
Design and development of product production management system for motor enterprises under intelligent manufacturing environment
Based on the current status of motor manufacturing process and enterprise management,the importance of the design and development of the production management system for motor enterprises is pointed out for enhancing production management level under intelligent manufacturing environment.On the basis of system objective design,the system function modules is designed based on modular design method.The system physical data model is designed by PowerDesigner Software based on system integrated management process.The overall B/S architecture of the system is designed,the system is developed by JSP technology.The level of intelligent production management is improved effectively by the practical application in motor enterprises.The reference is provided for the design and the development of product production management system in some related enterprises.
