随着校园规模的扩大和师生数量的增加,停车问题逐渐成为影响校园日常运行的重要问题.文章首先通过收集校园停车数据,对某校园停车数据进行了描述性统计分析、数据可视化以及关联分析.其次,使用Prophet模型对数据进行拟合和预测,以揭示停车需求的时空分布特征和变化规律.最后,基于预测结果,提出了优化校园停车管理的建议,旨在提高停车资源的使用效率,缓解停车难问题.文章的研究结果不仅可为校园停车管理提供理论支持,还为其他类似场景的停车需求预测提供参考.
Campus parking data analysis and parking space demand prediction based on Prophet
With the expansion of the campus scale and the increase of the number of teachers and students,parking has gradually become an important issue affecting the daily operation of the campus.This paper first collected campus parking data and conducted descriptive statistical analysis,data visualization and correlation analysis on the parking data of a campus.Secondly,the Prophet model is used to fit and forecast the data to reveal the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics and change laws of parking demand.Finally,based on the prediction results,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing campus parking management,aiming to improve the efficiency of parking resources and alleviate parking difficulties.The research results of this paper can not only provide theoretical support for campus parking management,but also provide reference for parking demand prediction in other similar scenarios.
