基于VR技术的活塞发动机认知教学空间搭建

活塞发动机是一种精细且重要的仪器,其制造、安装和维护都需要高水平的技术和专业知识;同时,活塞发动机的制造和维护也需要昂贵的设备.针对当下现状,文章基于虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术设计并实现了活塞发动机认知的教学空间,利用VR技术模拟活塞发动机的结构和运转过程,并提供用户界面和交互功能,在虚拟环境中对活塞发动机进行认知教学,从而解决对真实航空活塞发动机的操作以及学习认知方面存在的"三高四不"即高成本、高风险、高难度、不可逆转、不易达到、不易实现、不可触及的显性问题.
Construction of cognitive teaching space for piston engines based on VR technology
Reciprocating engine is a precise and important instrument,and its manufacture,installation and maintenance require a high level of technical and professional knowledge,while the manufacture and maintenance of reciprocating engine also require expensive equipment.In view of the current situation,this article designs and implements a reciprocating engine teaching space based on Virtual Reality(VR)technology,using VR technology to simulate the structure and operation of reciprocating engine,and provide user interface and interactive functions to teach reciprocating engine in a virtual environment,to deal with the operational and cognitive aspects of real aviation reciprocating engine,which are high cost,high risk,high difficulty and irreversible,an explicit problem that is not easy to achieve.
