文章针对温度监控系统设计了一款基于自整定 PID 控制的温度控制及报警系统,采用STM32F103C8T6 作为主控制器,结合DS18B20 数字温度传感器和LCD1602 液晶显示屏实现精确的温度测量和显示功能.该设计实现了温度上下限设定、数据显示、报警功能以及数据保存至FLASH等功能.当温度超出预设范围时,系统会通过继电器控制相应设备启停,并通过蜂鸣器发出报警信号.该设计不仅应用于实验室环境下的温度控制,还可推广至工业生产和家庭自动化等领域.
Design of temperature control system based on self-tuning control algorithm
In this paper,a temperature control and alarm system based on self-turning PID control is designed for the temperature monitoring system.STM32F103C8T6 is used as the main controller,combined with DS18B20 digital temperature sensor and LCD1602 LCD display screen to realize accurate temperature measurement and display function.In the design,temperature setting,data display,alarm function and data saving to FLASH are implemented.When the temperature exceeds the preset range,the system will control the corresponding equipment to start and stop through the relay,and send an alarm signal through the buzzer.This design is not only applied to temperature control in the laboratory environment,but also extended to industrial production and home automation.
