摘要

猕猴桃是一种典型的呼吸跃变型水果,对环境敏感,冷链运输过程中温湿度等的变化均会导致猕猴桃的品质劣变,严重影响猕猴桃的商品价值.文章提出了一种基于区块链技术的猕猴桃冷链运输环境监控系统,利用区块链去中心化和不可篡改的特点,结合IoT技术,对猕猴桃冷链运输的环境进行检测,通过无线通信方式上传至区块链,将数据加权平均处理之后与猕猴桃冷链运输的适宜环境阈值进行比较,对超过阈值的环境参数,开启相关设备进行自动调整至适宜环境,并对状态异常的猕猴桃及时发出警报,从而减少运输过程中猕猴桃的变质损耗,提高运输过程中温湿度等关键信息的透明度.

Abstract

Kiwi fruit is a typical respiratory jump type fruit,sensitive to the environment,cold chain transport process temperature and humidity changes,will lead to the quality of kiwi deterioration,seriously affect the value of kiwi fruit.This paper proposes a monitoring system for kiwifruit cold chain transportation environment based on blockchain technology.By utilizing the characteristics of blockchain decentralization and immutability,combined with IOT technology,the environment of kiwifruit cold chain transportation is detected,uploaded to the blockchain through wireless communication,and the data is compared with the appropriate environmental threshold of kiwifruit cold chain transportation after weighted average processing.For the environmental parameters exceeding the threshold,the relevant equipment is automatically adjusted to the appropriate environment,and the abnormal state of the kiwifruit is timely alerted,so as to reduce the deterioration of the kiwifruit during transportation and improve the transparency of key information such as temperature and humidity during transportation.
