Due to the poor adaptive ability of existing video conferencing systems, there are problems such as blurring and lagging of video images under low bandwidth conditions, resulting in poor medical diagnosis quality. To address this issue, this article introduces cloud computing technology and conducts research on the design of a visual remote medical video conferencing system. The hardware part of this article's system mainly consists of three parts:a video conference terminal,a multi-point control unit, and a transmission network. This article has completed the hardware design by carefully selecting VOD servers and streaming media servers.Based on this, the software design was completed. This article adopts a centralized hybrid conference mode based on cloud computing, combined with remote medical video diagnosis and result visualization technology,to ensure the efficient operation of the system. The experimental results show that the new video conferencing system can maintain the clarity and smoothness of video images under poor bandwidth conditions, making it more adaptive and providing stronger technical support for medical consultation and diagnostic services.
