基于数字散斑技术的游乐设施框架结构载荷应变在线监测

游乐设施在运行过程中,由于难以精准捕捉设施框架结构中的微小变形,导致框架结构的应变值偏大.为此,文章基于数字散斑技术,对游乐设施框架结构载荷应变在线监测方法展开研究,利用数字散斑技术设备精准捕捉游乐设施框架结构的微小形变,利用散斑图像处理系统实时采集不同载荷下的应变数据,并深入分析,提取出结构载荷应变的特征图,清晰展示应变分布,并基于这些特征数据,运用卡尔曼滤波算法建立载荷应变监测模型,实现游乐设施框架结构载荷应变在线监测.实验证明,此方法在相同载荷下表现出较小的应变值及平缓的增长趋势,能更准确地反映结构与载荷之间的关系,具有更高的测量精度和性能.
During the operation of amusement facilities,it is difficult to accurately capture small deformations in the framework structure,resulting in excessive strain values in the framework structure.Therefore,based on digital speckle technology,this article conducts research on online monitoring methods for load strain of amusement facility frame structures.Digital speckle technology equipment is used to accurately capture small deformations of amusement facility frame structures,and speckle image processing systems are used to collect real-time strain data under different loads.In depth analysis is carried out to extract characteristic maps of structural load strain,clearly display strain distribution,and based on these characteristic data,a load strain monitoring model is established using Kalman filtering algorithm to achieve online monitoring of load strain of amusement facility frame structures.Experimental results have shown that this method exhibits smaller strain values and a gentle growth trend under the same load,which can more accurately reflect the relationship between structure and load,and has higher measurement accuracy and performance.
