Design of teaching and research achievement management system in higher vocational colleges
With the continuous development of vocational education,higher vocational colleges have put forward new requirements and challenges for teachers'teaching and research ability.With the increase of teachers'teaching and research achievements,the traditional management method has been unable to accurately and efficiently complete the management of teachers'teaching and research achievements,and it is urgent to build a teaching and research achievements management system suitable for higher vocational colleges.This paper firstly studies the current construction status of the management platform of teaching and research achievements in higher vocational colleges,then expounds the related technologies of the construction of the management system of teaching and research achievements in higher vocational colleges,and finally gives the overall design scheme of the system according to the demand analysis of the management system of teaching and research achievements in higher vocational colleges.
