为了满足伺服电机工作中安全运行要求,文章设计了基于LabVIEW的伺服电机故障监测系统,建立了具有电机振动传感、噪声传感及速度传感等多维度故障监测平台.该系统采用主从机架构,下位机采用STM32 单片机完成传感并上传,上位机通过LabVIEW实现电机故障分析,并可实现网络数据共享.经实践验证,该系统运行稳定,可靠性高,满足伺服电机故障监测和安全运行要求,与传统电机监测设备相比,提高了电机监测的智能化和安全运行水平.
In order to meet the safe operation requirements of servo motor,a servo motor fault monitoring system based on LabVIEW is proposed in this paper.A fault monitoring platform with motor vibration sensing,noise sensing and speed sensing is established.The system adopts the master-slave architecture,and the slave completes the sensing and uploading by STM32 MCU.LabVIEW motor fault analysis is realized in the master computer,and the network data sharing is used.The practice proves that the system runs high stably and reliably,which meets the requirements of servo motor fault monitoring and safe operation.Compared with traditional equipment,the intelligent and safe operation level of motor monitoring is improved.
