With the rapid development of medical science,the invariable medical teaching mode can not meet the needs of clinical practice more and more.This paper innovatively applied the Web-Quest teaching mode to the standardized training teaching of residents in the emergency department,which can significantly improve the clinical operation,basic theory and case analysis assessment scores of residents in the standardized training of residents in the emergency department,and can also better cultivate the students'autonomous learning ability,improve the comprehensive quality of students and improve the teaching quality.This model also provides new ideas and methods for the future reform and innovation of clinical education in emergency department.
