新工科建设对国内高校尤其是地方高校工科人才培养提出了新的要求和挑战.为了加强新工科人才培养,针对新工科要求下的"数字电子技术"课程建设,文章以ARCS动机模型为基础,从注意、相关、自信心和满足感4 个方面,就课程的教学内容、教学模式以及教学评价设计相应的动机策略,注重培养学生的创新意识与高阶思维能力.该课程的教学改革取得了一系列的教学成果,为培养新工科人才提供了新思路,同时也可以作为其他新工科课程建设的借鉴学习材料.
The construction of new engineering has put forward new requirements and challenges to the training of engineering talents in domestic universities,especially in local universities.For strengthen the training of new engineering talents,this paper focuses on the curriculum construction of"Digital Electronic Technology"under the requirements of new engineering,based on the ARCS motivation model,from the four aspects of Attention,Relevance,Confidence and Satisfaction.While the course of teaching content,teaching mode and teaching evaluation design the corresponding motivation strategy,pay attention to the cultivation of students'innovative consciousness and high order thinking ability.The teaching reform of this course has achieved a series of teaching results,which provides a new idea for training new engineering talents,and can also be used as a reference for other new engineering curriculum construction.
