扬州市邗江区共享电动车优化投放研究

随着我国社会经济的发展,绿色出行、简约适度、绿色低碳的生活方式为社会所提倡,许多城市开始推广共享电动车。文章针对共享电动车存在的一些潜在弊端开展研究,以扬州市邗江区为基点通过调查问卷以及数据统计发现,扬州市邗江区现存的共享电动车投放情况并不能有效满足多数人的出行需求。文章首先运用文献法与实地调查相结合的方式,找出4 个影响扬州市邗江区共享电动车系统的重要因素;利用层次分析法得到2 个最重要的影响因素,分别是交通人口规模和周边地区发展属性;以上述的2 个因素为突破点,基于多目标规划和整形规划得到投放站点选择和投放规模的优化求解。
Research on optimizing the placement of shared electric bicycles in Hanjiang district,Yangzhou city
With the development of China's social economy,green travel,simple and moderate,and green low-carbon lifestyle have been advocated by society,and many cities have begun to promote shared electric bicycles.A study was conducted on the potential drawbacks of shared electric bicycles.Based on the survey questionnaire and data statistics in Hanjiang district,Yangzhou city,it was found that the current distribution of shared electric bicycles in Hanjiang district cannot effectively meet the travel needs of the majority of people.Firstly,using a combination of literature review and field investigation,identify four important factors that affect the shared electric bicycle system in Hanjiang district,Yangzhou city.Then,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the two most important influencing factors are identified,namely the size of transportation population and the development attributes of surrounding areas;Secondly,taking the above two factors as breakthrough points.Finally,based on multi-objective programming and shaping planning,the optimization solution for the selection of advertising sites and advertising scale is obtained.
