Design of power saving control system for classroom based on wireless node
Most of the university classrooms with the functions of teaching and self-study adopt the open management mode, and the external lighting is often good or empty while the indoor lights are all turned on,resulting in waste of electric energy.Aiming at the problem of power waste in university teaching places, this system uses image human detection algorithm and integrates various sensors to design a set of power saving control system based on wireless node. The system is divided into OpenMV real-time image monitoring part, lighting control part and wireless communication part, through the sensor to detect the environmental lighting and the distribution of personnel in each area of the room,so as to adjust the lighting switch state. The experimental results show that the system has good stability and can achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the luminaire to achieve energy saving.
