高质量的传输线路可以保证信号的完整性和清晰度,然而,传统的故障检测设备在检测信号传输线路的故障时,难以满足时效性和准确度的要求.文章设计了判断信号传输线路等效网络中故障元件位置及故障类型的自动检测系统.系统以STM32F103RCT6 单片机为主控制器,以XD4069 反向器为核心作为信号前向处理电路,通过芯片 74HC4051D的多路复用电路进入传输线路等效网络,信号采样之前通过以GS8552 芯片为核心的滤波处理电路,最后使用单片机内置ADC模块进行采样,故障辨别的结果在TFT-LCD模块上显示.该系统的电路结构简单、操作简易方便,能够快速、准确识别故障元件和故障类型,实现了传输线路故障的自动化检测.
Design and implementation of automatic fault detection system for circuits
High-quality transmission lines can ensure signal integrity and clarity.However,the traditional fault detection devices often struggle to meet the requirements for timeliness and accuracy when detecting the faults in signal transmission lines.This paper presents the design of an automatic detection system for identifying the locations and types of faulty components in the equivalent network of signal transmission lines.The system uses the STM32F103RCT6 microcontroller as the main controller,with the XD4069 inverter as the core of the signal forwarding processing circuit.The signals enter the transmission line equivalent network through the multiplexing circuit of the 74HC4051D chip.Before the signal sampling,a filtering circuit centered around the GS8552 chip is employed,and the sampling is performed using the built-in ADC module of the microcontroller.The fault identification results are displayed on a TFT-LCD module.This system features a simple circuit structure and is easy to operate,can identify the faulty components and types quickly and accurately,which achieves the automatic fault detection of transmission line.
