Objective:To investigate the effects of moxibustion Tongli and Dazhong combined rehabilitation training on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and cognitive function after stroke.Method:90 cases of stroke patients from July 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received rehabilitation training.Patients in the control group were given oral nimodipine tablets,while patients in the study group were given moxibustion at Tongli and Dazhong points on the basis of the control group.The serum hs-CRP,mental state,intelligence state,muscle tension and daily living ability of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the serum hs-CRP level and muscle tension score of the two groups were decreased,but the de-crease was more obvious in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After intervention,the MMSE score of cognitive function and HDS score of intelligence in two groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion Tongli and Dazhong combined with rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of stroke patients,improve the cognitive function and intellectual state of patients,and promote the recovery of patients' life ability.
