Objective:To investigate the expression of testicular development related gene 1(TDRG1)in en-dometrial carcinoma and its diagnostic value.Method:A total of 195 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the study object(observation group),and 195 patients with endometrial hyperplasia were selected as the control group.Endometrial tissues of the two groups were collected,and the levels of two long chain non-coding RNA-TDRG1(LncRNA-TDRG1)were detected by RT-PCR.The observation group was divided into high expression group and low expression group according to the median level of LncRNA-TDRG1.The expression level of Ln-cRNA-TDRG1 in patients with different clinical characteristics in the observation group was analyzed,and the influ-encing factors of high expression of LncRNA-TDRG1 were analyzed by Logistic regression method.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of LncRNA-TDRG1 in endometrial carcinoma.Results:Compared with control group,the level of LncRNA-TDRG1 in observation group was lower(P<0.05).Subgroup analysis showed that compared with patients with medium-high differentiation,FIGO stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,no lymph node metastasis,no vascular invasion,and histological grade G1,patients with low differentiation.FIGO stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis,and vascular invasion,patients with low differentiation.The expression level of LncRNA-TDRG1 was higher in pa-tients with G2-G3 histological grade(P<0.01).Low differentiation,lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion were risk factors for high expression of LncRNA-TDRG1.ROC curve analysis showed that when the level of Ln-cRNA-TDRG1 was 2.54,the AUC for diagnosis of endometrial cancer was 0.87.Conclusion:LncRNA-TDRG1 is highly expressed in patients with endometrial cancer,which is associated with the severity of the disease.LncRNA-TDRG1 has certain clinical value in the auxiliary diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
