摘要

溶质载体家族成员7A11(SLC7A11)是位于细胞质膜上的胱氨酸转运体,其主要功能是调节谷胱甘肽(GSH)合成、氧化还原维持以及肿瘤的生长和转移等,在多种类型的实体瘤中显著高表达,并参与细胞的铁死亡和双硫死亡过程.SLC7A11对肿瘤的发生发展、免疫调节以及对药物反应的调控等方面均具有重要影响,并为当前大部分肿瘤临床治疗方案的改进提供了依据.

Abstract

Solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7A11)is a cysteine transporter located on the cytoplasmic membrane.Its main function is to regulate glutathione(GSH)synthesis,redox maintenance,and tumor growth and metastasis.It is significantly overexpressed in various types of solid tumors and participates in cell ferroptosis and disulfidptosis processes.SLC7A11 has an important impact on the occurrence and development of tumors,im-mune regulation,and regulation of drug reactions,and provides a basis for improving most current clinical treat-ment plans for tumors.
