Objective:To investigate the impacts of Xihuang capsules combined with docetaxel and cisplatin(DP)regimen simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the objective response rate and circulating tumor cells(CTCs)level in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 156 patients with advanced NSCLC from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(DP chemotherapy)and observation group(Xihuang capsule combined with DP chemotherapy)according to different treatment meth-ods,with 78 cases in each group.Objective response rate,quality of life score and CTCs level were compared be-tween the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the objective remission rate(ORR)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the level of CTCs was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores(emotional function,role function,physical function,cognitive function,social function,and overall life function scores)were obviously increased,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically obvious difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xihuang capsule and do-cetaxel(DP)chemotherapy regimen has a obvious therapeutic effect on advanced NSCLC patients,which is worth promoting and applying.
