摘要
肾性贫血是慢性肾脏病的一种常见并发症,其发病机制主要包括内源性促红细胞生成素(EPO)的减少和铁代谢障碍.当归补血汤(DBT)作为一种传统的中医方剂,已被用于治疗由血虚引起的各类疾病,包括肾性贫血.DBT通过其主要成分当归和黄芪的协同作用,可促进铁的吸收和红细胞的生成,提高血红蛋白水平,从而改善贫血状况.此外,DBT还能通过调节免疫功能和改善铁代谢,对抗肾性贫血.
Abstract
Renal anemia is a common complication of chronic kidney disease,primarily caused by reduced production of endogenous erythropoietin(EPO)and disturbances in iron metabolism.Danggui Buxue Tang(DBT),a traditional Chinese medicine formula,has been used to treat various diseases caused by blood deficiency,including renal anemia.By the synergistic effects of its main components,Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus,DBT can enhance iron absorption and red blood cell generation,thereby improving hemoglobin levels and ameliora-ting anemia.Moreover,DBT can regulate immune function and improve iron metabolism to counteract renal anemi-a.
