摘要
目的:探讨益气养阴汤联合多西他赛对晚期卵巢癌(OC)患者的疗效及对血清标志物VEGF、HE4、CA125水平观察.方法:将96例晚期OC患者分为观察组和对照组.对照组给予基础化疗联合多西他赛治疗.观察组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴汤治疗.观察两组近期疗效、不良反应、肿瘤标志物、生活质量、3年生存情况及T细胞亚群.结果:治疗前,两组各有关指标差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,两组血清VEGF、HE4、CA125水平降低,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平升高,CD8+水平降低、生活质量各项评分升高,且观察组较对照组升高/降低更明显,疗效和3年生存率优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).治疗期间两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:益气养阴方联合多西他赛可提高晚期OC患者疗效,具有良好的安全性和有效性.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of combining Yiqi Yangyin decoction with docetaxel on pa-tients with advanced ovarian cancer(OC),and the effect on serum markers of VEGF,HE4,and CA125.Method:A total of 96 patients with advanced OC were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received basic chemotherapy along with docetaxel,while the observation group received Yiqi Yangyin decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.Various parameters such as short-term efficacy,adverse reactions,tumor markers,quality of life,3-year survival rates,and T cell subsets were monitored in both groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in relevant indexes between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treat-ment,serum VEGF,HE4 and CA125 levels were decreased in both groups,while CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels were increased,CD8+levels were decreased,and scores of quality of life were increased,and the in-crease/decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group,and the efficacy and 3-year sur-vival rate were better than those in control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yiqi Yangyin decoction with docetaxel can enhances treatment efficacy for advanced OC,and demonstrates good safety and effectiveness.
