医用三氧大自血联合三氧灌肠治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

摘要
目的:分析医用三氧大自血联合三氧灌肠治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效.方法:收集2018-10-2023-03武汉大学人民医院收治的74例难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者临床诊治资料.根据患者治疗方案,将患者分为三氧灌肠组(灌肠组,34例)和三氧大自血联合三氧灌肠组(联合组,40例).灌肠组采用医用三氧气体灌肠,联合组在灌肠组的基础上联合接受三氧大自血治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:两组患者完成一个疗程后,各组患者改良Mayo评分均明显下降(P＜0.05).联合组的生理功能、社会功能、心理功能和生活质量总评分均优于灌肠组,联合组血清CRP和IL-1β水平显著低于灌肠组(P＜0.05).结论:医用三氧大自血联合三氧灌肠对于难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者有较好的治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of medical ozone autotransfusion and enema on refrac-tory ulcerative colitis.Method:The clinical data of 73 patients with refractory enteritis who received medical ozone therapy from October 2018 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,the pa-tients were divided into medical ozone enema group of 34 cases and medical ozone autotransfusion combined with en-ema group of 40 cases(combination group).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After completing one course of treatment,the modified Mayo scores of patients in both two groups were decreased signifi-cantly(P＜0.05).The total scores of physiological function,social function,psychological function and quality of life in the combination group were better than those in the enema group,and the differences were statistically signif-icant(P＜0.05).Serum CRP and IL-1β levels in combination group were significantly lower than those in enema group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ozone autotransfusion and enema has a good therapeutic effect on patients with refractory enteritis.
