From the lack of top-level overall planning,inconsistence of data standards,low data integration,and insufficiency of data analysis capabilities in the data governance of smart party building,this article preliminarily constructs a framework and sys-tem architecture of the data governance and proposes a practical and feasible implementation path solution for smart party building data governance.Based on this,it optimizes the practical path according to the construction concept of"data aggregationDbusi-ness dispersion-process reconstruction".It can provide the reference value for data governance of smart party building and promote digital transformation of universities.Through practical case verification,this article provides a good example for universities on how to carry out data governance of party building and various party building application constructions.
