随着高密度航天发射,火箭残骸数量呈现快速增长态势,全面掌握火箭残骸落点综合态势,是高效评估火箭残骸灾害风险和应急指挥决策的重要依据.提出了火箭残骸落点综合态势分析业务模型和主题域数据模型,论述了基于海量历史残骸落点数据资源,开展火箭残骸落点预报精确度分析、火箭残骸预置落点区域准确度分析和火箭残骸落点散布区域特征分析等数据挖掘分析方法,给出了航天发射残骸落点"态势一张图"的可视化设计要素.工程实践表明,该成果可为提高航天发射火箭残骸风险评估和应急指挥决策能力提供技术支撑,应用效益较好.
Methods and application of comprehensive situation analysis for rocket debris landing points
With high-density space launch mission,the number of rocket debris shows a rapid growth-trend.The comprehensive situation of rocket debris landing points is the most important basis for assessment of rocket debris risk and emergence command decision-making.Fristly,the business requirements model and topic domain data model are proposed.Then,some relative data mining analysis methods are studied which based on the data resource of rocket debris landing points,such as the accuracy analy-sis of rocket debris landing points prediction,the accuracy analysis of preplan-region for rocket debris and the scattering area fea-tures analysis of the landing points.Last,visual design elements of situation map for rocket debris landing points in space launch mission are discussed.Engineering practice has shown that this research has application value and can be the technical support for risk assessment of rocket debris and emergence command decision-making in space launch mission.
