Research on evaluation for equipment data based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
Aiming at the operational capability evaluation for PAP's equipment,an evaluation method is proposed in this paper,which is based on the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Firstly,taking the PAP's mission characteristics and its current equipment construction situation into consideration comprehensively and from the per-spective of the'Five Abilities',a 6-layers structure model including target hierarchy,environmental impact hierarchy,3 criteria hi-erarchies and scheme hierarchy is constructed by the AHP,and then the corresponding weight index system is established.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to construct a fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the operational capability level of equipment.Finally,the concrete steps and implementation methods of the model are listed by taking the simulation evaluation of com-prehensive support capability as example,and the result shows that evaluation value is 77.5 and the evaluation grade is'Pass',which is consistent with the army's actual situation.Testing example verifies that the evaluation method proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the operational capability evaluation for PAP's equipment,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent construction and planning of PAP's equipment and proposes an analytical thought for the operational capability evaluation.
