Research on the Connotative Structure Model for the Quality and Ability of Dual-Qualified Teachers
The policy practice and theoretical progress in the construction of dual-qualified teachers indicate that the research on the connotative structure for the quality and ability of dual-qualified teachers is very important for theoretical deepening and practical application. The modified Delphi method and SPSS 20 software are used to empirically analyze the data from the expert survey.Based on the analysis,a diamond model is proposed for the connotative structure of the quality and ability of dual-qualified teachers, which includes 4 dimensions(professional knowledge, professional ethics, ability and concept)and 32 sub-items.A dual-qualified teacher must have sound professional knowledge, systematic pedagogical knowledge, rich vocational knowledge, advanced educational concepts and good professional ethics,as well as theoretical teaching ability and practical guidance ability.Among them, the variety of knowledge structure can effectively stimulate students'enthusiasm for professional learning, and advanced educational concepts and good professional ethics can help promote students'autonomous and sustainable development.Theories in the theoretical teaching ability are not the abstract theories from textbooks, but the real theories oriented to the work field and reflecting the vocational practical activities. The practical teaching ability emphasizes the mastery of the leading practical technical skills of the industry, and the ability to conduct complete demonstrations and guide students to practice in a scientific way.
