高职院校"双师型"教师发展"五位一体"支持体系研究

现代职业教育的快速发展迫切需要大量"双师型"教师,打造高水平"双师型"教师队伍成为高职院校高质量发展的关键.然而,当前高职院校"双师型"教师发展面临着认定标准不够清晰、培养体系不够完善、考评管理不够规范、教师专业实践知识不够丰富、教师自我提升意识不够强烈等现实困境.对此,建议从制度、组织、管理、资源、文化五个方面入手,构建"五位一体"教师发展支持体系,为高职院校打造高质量"双师型"教师队伍提供参考.
Support System for Dual-Qualified Teachers'Development in Higher Vocational Colleges
The rapid development of modern vocational education urgently needs a large number of dual-qualified teachers,and building a high-quality team of dual-qualified teachers has become the key to the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.However,the current development of dual-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges faces practical difficulties,such as unclear identification standards,incomplete training system,non-standardized evaluation management,insufficient professional practical knowledge and lack of self-improvement awareness among teachers.It is suggested to construct a teacher development support system from the aspects of system,organization,management,resources and culture,which provides a reference for higher vocational colleges to build a high-quality team of dual-qualified teachers.
