The Mechanism of Digital Transformation Driving Green Development of Manufacturing Clusters:From the Perspective of Value Chain Climbing
The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has led to a new industrial crisis for China's manufacturing clusters,and their transformation and upgrading is of great value to green development.Empowering green development of manufacturing clusters with digital transformation plays an important role in innovating their organizational management and production modes,helping them break through the low-end value chain and achieve innovative green development.Research has found that the digital transformation of manufacturing clusters is actually an iterative process of transformation from the outside in,in which the competitive pressure of value chain climbing and the administrative pressure of external regulation drive manufacturing clusters to focus on traditional dilemmas,such as inadequate regulation,poor production synergies,and management information barriers.Information digitization,computing power support,and the use of digital equipment can help improve external supervision and execution capabilities.On this basis,external pressure can stimulate the intrinsic motivation of enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions in the production and management process,and eventually a green development pattern will be formed by using green finance as a guide in government regulation,synchronously transforming the front,middle,and back ends of production in industrial production,and building a common platform for enterprise management.
