The Construction and Realization of the Incentive Mechanism for Gig Economy Practitioners in the Context of Digitalization
With the boom of the gig economy in the digital age,companies need effective incentives to attract,retain and motivate gig workers.There are some problems in the incentive mechanism of gig workers,such as ambiguous career path,unfair salary system,lack of social security,lack of social support and recognition,conflict of working hours.Based on the humanistic management philosophy,this paper establishes an incentive mechanism that includes elements such as education and training,career development,salary and benefits,social activities,and work assignment for full-time gig workers without a main business and part-time gig workers with a main business.It also explores implementation paths of incentive mechanism,such as integrating gamified elements into education and training,implementing data-driven digital incentives,building a platform ecosystem,and strengthening two-way evaluation and community construction.
