大学生劳动素养评价的问题审视、现实偏差及应然取向

摘要
从四个维度审视大学生劳动素养评价存在的问题,发现大学生劳动素养评价难见实效的根源在于把形成性和终结性两类截然不同的评价导向交织混合,增大了评价内容体系构建的困难度和评价主体具体实施的困惑度,形成现实偏差,而着重体现独立性、诊断性、综合性、增值性是今后大学生劳动素养评价的应然取向.
Abstract
By examining the problems existing in the evaluation of college students'labor literacy from four aspects,it is found that the fundamental cause of the difficulty lies in the interweaving and mixing of the two distinctive evaluation orientations of formative and summative,which increases the difficulty in the construction of the evaluation content system and the confusion in the implementation of the evaluation subject,thus forming a realistic deviation.Emphasizing independence,diagnosis,comprehensiveness and value is the rational orientation for the evaluation of college students'labor literacy in the future.
