数字金融背景下个人金融信息保护量表编制与应用——以江苏省为例

摘要
数字化转型背景下,对个人金融信息进行保护刻不容缓.从个人金融信息保护的认知、评价和需求三个维度设计个人金融信息保护的初始量表,经过项目分析与因素分析后,最终确定个人金融信息保护的正式量表,再对个人金融信息保护的正式量表进行应用分析,发现受教育程度、年龄和地区对个人金融信息保护调查结果的影响存在差异,特别是金融消费者对于个人金融信息保护的需求较高且存在显著差异,后续应考虑将信息保护需求嵌入金融消费者信息全生命周期保护中.
Abstract
The protection of personal financial information has become a pressuring issue in the context of digital transformation.This paper designs an initial personal financial information protection scale from three dimensions:cognition,evaluation,and demand.After project analysis and factor analysis,a formal personal financial information protection scale is developed,based on which an application analysis is conducted.It is found that there are differences in the survey results of personal financial information protection in terms of education level,age,and region.In particular,the need for personal financial information protection is higher among financial consumers and there are significant differences.It is suggested that information protection needs should be embedded in the full lifecycle information protection of financial consumers.
