高质量发展视域下高职院校劳动教育的价值审视和现实重构

高质量发展是各级各类教育的生命线.中国教育实践证明,只有把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合,才能回答好"如何构建高质量劳动教育体系"这一问题."两个结合"劳动教育思想的具象呈现的理论逻辑是马克思主义劳动教育观的守正创新,历史逻辑是中华优秀传统文化的推陈出新.因此,高职院校应从"两个结合"的高度重新审视劳动教育价值,着力提升劳动教育实施主体的主动意识,敢于直面实践中存在的同质倾向、功能弱化、制度僵化等问题,从高起点推进课程建设、高效能优化资源配置、高标准加强机制保障等方面重构高质量劳动教育体系,进而培养更多德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠.
Value Review and Reality Reconstruction of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:From the Perspective of High Quality Development
High quality development is the lifeline of education at all levels and types.The educational practice of the Communist Party of China has proved that only by combining Marxist labor education philosophy with China's specific reality and fine traditional Chinese culture can we propose an answer to the question"how to build a high quality labor education system".The theoretical logic presented by the concrete manifestation of the"two combinations"labor education philosophy is the innovation of Marxist labor education concept,and the historical logic is the innovation of fine traditional Chinese culture.Therefore,from the practical logic level,higher vocational colleges should re-examine the value of labor education from the perspective of"two combinations",strive to enhance the active awareness of labor education implementation subjects,have the courage to face the problems of homogeneity,weakened functions,and rigid systems in practice,and reconstruct a high quality labor education system from high starting points,such as improving curriculum construction,optimizing resource allocation with high efficiency,and perfecting the guarantee mechanism with high standards,so as to achieve the goal of training high quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen,and national artisans with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor skills.
