Based on the connotation of high-quality development of cultural tourism industry,an evaluation index system is constructed from five dimensions,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method is adopted to analyze the comprehensive level,spatio-temporal distribution and evolution characteristics of high-quality development of cultural tourism industry in the Yellow River basin from 2011 to 2021.The results show that the overall high-quality development of cultural tourism industry in the Yellow River basin shows a fluctuating upward trend with uneven regional development levels.Among the five dimensions,high-quality driving force has the greatest impacton the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry,while high-quality demand is the main shortcoming of development,and the ecological environment is the key factor affecting the entire development process.In terms of spatial correlation,there are phenomena of spatial agglomeration and polarization,however,the spatial radiation effect of central cities is not prominent.Based on this,it is suggested to upgrade cultural tourism industry with digital empowerment and optimize factor conditions to consolidate ecological foundation,deeply explore the supply and demand of cultural tourism connotations and implement comprehensive collaborative optimization policies,and make use of local resources and implement a differentiated development strategy.
