Ways to Construct the Dynamic Mechanism of Coordinated Development of Higher Vocational Colleges and Strategic Emerging Industries in Jiangsu Province
The coordinated development of higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries is not only an inevitable path to establish a regional innovation system in the context of"strong,prosperous,beautiful and high-tech"Jiangsu construction,but also a necessary measure to promote the deepening of supply-side structural reform in higher vocational colleges and comprehensively enhance the adaptability and attractiveness of vocational education.The dynamic mechanism is the key link in promoting and connecting coordinated development.By analyzing the theoretical basis of the dynamic mechanism of the coordinated development of higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries,it is possible to clarify the driving force and the logic of coordinated development.In order to build a dynamic mechanism for the coordinated development of higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province in the new era,it is suggested to deepen the structural reform of talent supply system in higher vocational colleges and meet the common interests and needs of strategic emerging industries and higher vocational colleges,to establish a new pattern of school-enterprise coordination in talent cultivation and the integration of industry and education and achieve harmonious coexistence between higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries,and build an evaluation system for high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and solve the problems of coordinatied development in strategic emerging industries.
