Measuring Economic Resilience and Analyzing Spatiotemporal Evolution of the Urban Agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain
Based on the panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain from 2010 to 2022,9 variables were selected from the two dimensions of risk resistance and post-disaster recovery, the entropy weight method was used to measure the economic resilience development level of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain, the Moran index was used to reveal the spatial characteristics of the economic resilience of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain, and the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method was used to analyze the dynamic evolution and regional differences of the economic resilience of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain. The results indicate that the overall economic resilience level of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain is relatively low,but it is showing an upward trend and has enormous development potential;there is a significant polarization between Xi'an and other cities, and the polarization has not been effectively alleviated over time. The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition results show that regional differences are the main causes for the overall disparities. At present, spatial auto-correlation has shown a clustering trend and is developing towards a high-high clustering model. While paying attention to the economic resilience development of Xi'an,it is suggested to promote the economic resilience development of the other cities, and strengthen the division of labor and cooperation among the cities, thus achieving coordinated development and overall improvement of economic resilience level of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain.
