Practical Experience,Realistic Dilemma and Policy Suggestions of Administrative Approval System Reform Empowering High-Quality Development of Enterprises in China:An Investigation Based on the"One Visit at Most"Reform in Zhejiang Province
The practical requirements of the public for improving governance efficiency and the optimization and improvement of government service processes through advanced technology is pushing a reform of administrative approval system.By sorting out the practical experience on"One Visit at Most"reform in Zhejiang Province,it is found that there are some problems in the current reform on administrative approval system,such as the marginal return space becoming smaller,increased pressure for innovation,risks in data,the emergence of digital divide,etc.The local government should build a standardized governance system,achieve overall digital transformation,promote standardized digital governance,foster synergistic service thinking,ensure that innovations are evidence-based,promote the reshaping of government functions,upgrade information security level,enhance digital governance efficiency,so as to better leverage the effectiveness of administrative approval system reform in empowering high-quality development of enterprises.
