摘要
加强新时代青年奋斗精神培育意义重大,有利于塑造人的品格、满足人的需要、实现人的价值.当前,在培育奋斗精神的过程中,还存在积极认知与消极认知同在、现实利益与期望利益矛盾、工具理性与价值理性失衡、物化生存与精神懈怠并存等问题,反映了当代青年的个体困境.建议通过正视青年前见、审视青年利益、注重理性平衡、强化思想引领来加强对青年奋斗精神的培育.
Abstract
Strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of struggle among the youths in the new era is of great significance,as it is conducive to shaping their character,meeting their needs,and realizing their value.At present,there are still some problems in the process of cultivating the spirit of struggle,which are characterized by the coexistence of positive and negative cognition,the contradiction between real interests and expected interests,the imbalance between instrumental rationality and value rationality,and the coexistence of materialistic survival and spiritual laziness,reflecting the individual difficulties of contemporary youths.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the cultivation of youths'spirit of struggle by facing their foresight,examining their interests,emphasizing rational balance,and strengthening ideological guidance.
