A Miniaturized Multi-Feed Dual-Band Patch Antenna Based on On-chip Power Combining
This paper proposes a dual-frequency patch antenna based on multi-feed on-chip power combiningg,the antenna is composed of dual-frequency patch antenna,parasitic patch,and feed probe,in addition to radiating electromagnetic energy like a traditional antenna,the design can also realize the power combining on the antenna,and does not need to use a power combiner,which can avoid the additional loss caused by the power combiner and the excessive antenna size.The design designs the port position according to the field distribution of different resonance of the multi-feed antenna,achieve the same resonant frequency and pattern as a single-feed antenna.The simulation results show that the design can achieve power combining in the 4.1 GHz and 4.68 GHz bands.
