一种宽阻带腔体滤波器的设计

本文设计了一种覆盖整个Ku频段(10.7 GHz-14.5 GHz)的紧凑型宽阻带腔体滤波器,该滤波器为"块模式"滤波器.通过将皱折波导滤波器的皱折波导上开一些纵向槽,以有效地抑制高次模.通过优化"块模式"滤波器的各个金属矩形块的尺寸,使其满足滤波器3倍频的阻带内有很好的带外抑制效果.该滤波器相比于传统的金属虹膜腔体滤波器,具有良好的宽通带及高衰减的宽阻带,并且可以有效的抑制很多高次模.仿真结果表明,在所需要的10.7 GHz-14.5 GHz频段内|S11|均优于-25 dB,并且对整个Ka频段的均抑制低于-75dB.本文所设计的滤波器结构紧凑,易于加工,在多馈源系统的工程应用中具有良好的应用前景.
A design of a wide stopband cavity filter
In this paper,a compact wide-stopband cavity filter covering the entire Ku-band(10.7 GHz-14.5 GHz)is designed,which is a"block-mode"filter.By opening some longitudinal grooves on the crease waveguide of the wrinkled waveguide filter,the higher order mode can be effectively suppressed.By optimizing the size of each metal rectangle of the"block mode"filter,it meets the 3-octave frequency of the filter and has a good out-of-band suppression effect.Compared with the tra-ditional metal iris cavity filter,the filter has a good wide pass band and a wide stop band with high attenuation,and can effectively suppress many high-order modes.The simulation results show that in the required 10.7 GHz-14.5 GHz band|S11|,all of which are better than-25dB,and the average rejection of the entire Ka-band is less than-75dB.The filter designed in this paper is compact and easy to process,and has a good application prospect in the engineering application of multi-feed system.
