In Improved LDPC Decoding Algorithm Based on WIFI6
As an important member of channel coding scheme,Low Density Parity Check codes are widely used in wireless communication systems. As a coding scheme that can ap-proximate the channel capacity,LDPC code has many advantages such as low complexity, simple coding and low bit error rate,so it becomes the main coding scheme in WIFI6(IEEE 802.11ax)protocol.This article mainly studies the implementation scheme of LDPC decoder based on WIFI6 and proposes an improved Adaptive Layered Offset Min sum(A-LOMS)algo-rithm,Based on the relationship between the three values with the smallest check node, two offset factors are used to update the result. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional OMS algorithm, there is approximately 0.2dB gain when the Frame Error Rate(FER)reaches 10-1,due to the use of hierarchical parallel update, the number of average it-erations can reduced when achieve the same, and reducing hardware latency to meet engineer-ing requirements
