Real Challenges and Promotion Strategies of Digitized Transformation of Mode of Labor
Accompanied by the combination of digital technology and traditional work modes,there are rich characteristics of the times in terms of labor resources,labor objects,and laborers.However,the disorderly expansion of capital has led to imbalanced resource allocation,insufficient key core technology breakthroughs,inadequate development of digital infrastructure,and an incomplete governance system for cyberspace,all of which have become major obstacles to the digitized transformation of mode of labor.In light of this,it is proposed to encourage,support,and guide the standardized and healthy development of capital;it is proposed to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and enhance key core technology breakthroughs;it is suggested to improve the governance system for cyberspace and enhance governance capabilities to overcome the barriers in the process of digital transformation,providing theoretical and practical explorations for the continuous and healthy development of the digital economy.
