Research on Public Participation in Local Legislation under the Background of Modernization of National Governance
In the process of modernization of national governance,public participation in local legislation plays an important role in promoting the democratization,transparency,and fairness of local legislation.Strengthening public participation in local legislation is a key step in achieving modernization of local legislation and promoting social development.It is also an important requirement for democratization,innovation,informatization and institutionalization in the modernization of national governance.The problems of the current public participation mechanism in local legislation lie in the imperfect systematic information disclosure system,the weak dynamic mechanism of public participation in legislation,the imperfect ways and ways of public participation,and the poor feedback channels for public participation.Therefore,the public participation in local legislation should enhance the level of social participation,promote the subject consultation under the multiple framework,optimize the procedure of information disclosure,and build a long-term participation mechanism.
