Taking the new Anhui Museum as the research object,this paper collects online comments,uses web text analysis methods and applies ROST CM6 software to explore the audience's emotional experience of the museum.The analysis results show that most of the audience hold a positive mood towards the new Anhui Museum and the overall experience is good.However,from the detailed analysis of the exhibits,management services and Anhui regional cultural identity,there is still room for improvement in the new Anhui Museum.The new Anhui Museum can further enhance the emotional experience of the audience by enriching the cultural relics exhibition resources,increasing the relevant training for the staff and infrastructure service,enriching cultural and creative products,and expanding the space for cultural transmission.
