Based on the web text of Tiantangzhai scenic spot,the cognitive image,emotional image and overall image of the scenic spot were obtained by using ROST CM6 software for high-frequency word analysis,sentiment analysis and semantic network analysis.The results show that:the overall image of the Tiantangzhai scenic spot is centered on"landscape","scenic spot"and"Tiantangzhai".The sightseeing spots include the White Horse Canyon,Waterfalls and White Horse Trail.The emotional perception of tourists for the Tiantangzhai scenic spot is dominated by positive emotions,which is reflected in the positive perception of the natural ecological landscape.Negative emotions are reflected in the chaotic management of the scenic area,poor supporting facilities and services in the scenic area.Aiming at the problems of negative perception,the paper then puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
