基于毕达哥拉斯模糊VIKOR的多准则群决策方法

针对复杂不确定性环境下VIKOR多准则群决策方法存在的问题,提出一种毕达哥拉斯模糊VIKOR法.首先,将决策信息转化为毕达哥拉斯模糊数(PFN),并采用毕达哥拉斯模糊交叉影响有序加权平均算子(PFIOWA)对专家评价信息进行集结.在此基础上,基于G1-CRITIC主客观相结合的组合赋权法计算准则权重,并利用毕达哥拉斯模糊VIKOR法评价.最后,以公路货运企业服务质量评价为例进行案例应用,并与TOPSIS法对比分析,验证本方法的可行性和有效性.
Multi-criteria Group Decision Making Method Based on Pythagorean Fuzzy VIKOR
A Pythagorean fuzzy VIKOR method is proposed to solve the problem of VIKOR multi-criteria group decision making in complex uncertain environment.First of all,the decision information is transformed into the Pythagorean fuzzy number(PFN),and the expert evaluation information is aggregated by the Pythagorean fuzzy cross influence ordered weighted average operator(PFIOWA).On this basis,the weight of the criterion is calculated based on the G1-CRITIC method,which combines subjectivity and objectivity,and evaluated by the Pythagorean fuzzy VIKOR method.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by taking the service quality evaluation of highway freight transportation enterprises as an example.
