Potential Profile Analysis of Physical Exercise on Sleep Quality of College Students
To explore the potential categories of sleep quality among college students,the article analyzes the relationship between physical exercise and sleep quality among college students.A survey was conducted on 757 college students in Jiangxi Province using the Physical Exercise Rating Scale and Sleep Quality Scale.Potential profile analysis techniques were used to explore the potential categories of sleep quality among college students and their relationship with physical exercise.The results show that exercise intensity of college students(β=-0.465,P<0.01),exercise time(β=-0.496,P<0.01),exercise frequency(β=-0.416,P<0.01),amount of exercise(β=-There is a significant correlation between 0.533(P<0.01)and sleep quality respectively.Moreover,there are three potential categories of sleep quality among college students:the sleep difficulty group,the sleep normal group,and the sleep good group,accounting for 43.99%,18.49%,and 37.52%respectively.There were significant differences in the amount of exercise and levels of various dimensions among college students with different potential categories of sleep quality(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the sleep quality of college students has obvious group heterogeneity.The amount of exercise can affect different potential profiles of the sleep quality of college students,and the sleep quality of college students can be effectively improved by scientific amount of exercise in the future.
