Zhang Jingru is a well-known scholar of CPC History.Many of his academic works have elucidated issues such as research methods,subject development,talent training and so on.Especially in the memoir Memories of the Past,Zhang Jingru discusses his own research methods and academic thoughts in four aspects:historical materials and theories,character research,CPC History education,subject nature and historical outlook.These methods and thoughts have great influences on today's CPC History research.
