教育实践在师范生提高教育教学能力、创生实践智慧、完成角色转变中起着很重要的作用.OBE理念倡导职业能力导向和结果达成,皖西学院地理科学(师范)专业积极探索在教育实践中践行OBE理念,主要包括明晰专业和课程质量标准,构建循序渐进的教育实践课程体系,推进教学内容和实施方式改革,开展多元化课程评价及时反馈持续改进,加强支持和保障系统建设等,加强了基于OBE的课程改革,积极建设自我约束的质量文化.
Construction and Implementation of Educational Practice System for Geography Teachers Education Specialty Based on OBE Concept:Taking West Anhui University as an Example
Educational practice plays a very important role in improving the teaching ability,creating practical wisdom and completing the role transformation of normal university students.Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept advocates vocational competency orientation and comprehensive results achievement.Geography teacher education specialty in West Anhui University actively explores the practice of OBE in educational practice.We determine the professional and course quality standards,build a progressive educational practice curriculum system,promote the reform of teaching content and implementation methods,carry out diversified curriculum evaluation followed by timely feedback and continuous improvement as well as strengthening the development of support and guarantee systems.We carry out in depth curriculum reform based on the OBE concept and actively build the quality culture of self-constraint.
