Research on the Driving Path of University Ambidexterity Innovation Promote the Construction of the Creational and Original Innovation Capacity from the Configuration Perspective:QCA Analysis Based on 31 Provinces in China
Based on the perspective of configuration analysis,taking 31 provinces and cities in China as case samples,the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method(fsQCA)is used to explore the combination matching of exploratory and exploitative innovation behaviors,elements,and abilities in universities,and to achieve the path of improving the concentration,potential,and efficiency of innovation sources in universities.Research has found that the dual innovation in universities promotes the construction of innovation source capacity,which has the characteristics of"multiple concurrency"and"different paths leading to the same goal".There are three configuration types:exploratory innovation driven,integrated innovation driven,and element collaborative driven,totaling five specific paths.When universities in different regions are improving their ability to build innovative sources,they should fully grasp the supporting role of innovative talents as a key element,transform the single thinking of local optimization into a systematic thinking of configuration and coordination in a timely manner,truly achieve coordinated promotion,grasp key points,adapt to local conditions,and make forward-looking and targeted strategic designs.
