Facing the national strategy and the needs of the industry in the field of electronic information,cultivating high-quality"first-class talents"with innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,lifelong learning ability,and international competitiveness has become a new goal for the cultivation of electronic information technology talents.This paper integrates the design of talent training based on engineering education certification,and proposes the training model of"forging soul through value education·strengthening foundation through courses empowering through industry-education collaboration".Adhere to the principle and policy of"ideological and political soul-casting",combine ideological and political education with professional courses,and enhance patriotic feelings.Focusing on the top-level design,the entire talent training system is systematically reconstructed from the"six dimensions",namely,standardizing education and teaching management,optimizing professional training programs,improving practical teaching mechanisms,reforming teaching evaluation methods,innovating curriculum teaching methods,and improving the ability of professional teachers.
