Theoretical and Practical Research on the Integrative Education Model of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"in Higher Vocational Colleges
The"post-course-competition-certificate"integrated education model is proposed with the inte-gration of production and education in higher vocational colleges, the national vocational skills competi-tion,and the construction of the 1+X certificate system. It mainly promotes the education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and improves the quality of higher vocational education through the in-tegration of the four dimensions of standards, content, process, and evaluation. At the present stage, there are still three practical dilemmas in the integration of"post-class-competition-certificate"education model:utilitarianism, formalization, and results, and there is a lack of effective implementation approa-ches.To this end, professional construction in higher vocational colleges adheres to the orientation of job demand, builds a curriculum system based on"setting courses by job",promotes curriculum teaching re-form by"promoting teaching by competition",and constructs a multidimensional evaluation system based on"setting standards by certification"to help achieve the leap in the cultivation of high-quality technical talents.
